About Me

Lindy
W Farmington, NE Ohio, United States
After losing my office job of 20 yrs, I moved to this rural area approximately 13 years ago from a very suburban lifestyle. As luck will have it many times, something good comes from something bad, since I never would have been able to move this far into the "country" with so much land. It was always a secret dream of mine to live somewhere that was closer to what my ancestors experienced, and I have found it in this place of farmlands, woods, and nature. I would like to share my bit of peaceful living in a crazy world, and memorialize my days of "forced" retirement by keeping a pictorial diary of all the things that I have been recording with my camera. I enjoy the amazing sky views of the flatland, the beauty of the smallest wildflowers, the varieties of trees, insects, reptiles, and probably most of all, the birds. Aside from nature, I also enjoy the older architecture of this area and will also share a bit of history of this interesting, now sleepy town.
